Rental conditions

  • You pay 100% of the booked services before or on arrival
  • a deposit is NOT required
  • Your room is at your disposal from 15:00 on the day of arrival.
  • Bed linen and towels as well as a final cleaning are always included in our prices, if you do not wish a lead cleaning, please hang your "Do not disturb" sign on the door
  • You get access to your room with our KEY-BOY. We will email you detailed information before your arrival.
  • You will receive telephone support from our concierge from Monday to Saturday between 08:00 to 13:00 and 14:00 to 18:00 on 03501 - 466 875
  • Please plan your departure by 10:00 am on the day of departure

Cancellation conditions

  • The guest may cancel the accommodation contract free of charge up to 7 days before arrival at the latest by notifying the guesthouse. If the guest has already paid a deposit at this time, the guesthouse is obliged to refund the deposit to the guest.
  • The flat-rate compensation fee for a cancellation at a later point in time is as follows in the event of withdrawal from the accommodation contract within a period of
    • less than 7 days before arrival: 30% of the total price of the booking and
    • in the event that the guest does not make use of the contractually agreed service without notifying the guesthouse, 100% of the total price of the booking.
